Introducing UltraCall CODA - A smarter way to care

CODA is an intelligent hands-free wellbeing system designed to help families quietly support elderly or vulnerable people living alone. The intelligent sensors provide real-time insights into your loved one’s health and daily routines through an easy-to-use app. No cameras, no wearables, and no hassle. CODA stands for Check On Daily Activities.

Six Key Benefits of UltraCall CODA for Families

  • Pro-active, calm and effective

CODA provides real-time insight into a person’s overall wellbeing, not just their movements or vital signs. By spotting subtle changes early, families and carers can step in before small issues turn into major problems. It’s a preventative approach that’s calm, respectful, and far less stressful than emergency care.

  • Deeper caregiver connection

CODA helps families and professionals stay connected without constant worry or check-ins. Updates and insights are easy to share, so the responsibility doesn’t fall on one person. Time together becomes more about enjoying moments and building connection not just checking up.

  • Smart instant help when needed

CODA provides trusted alerts and intelligent calls for help that ensure a rapid, reliable response — without anyone needing to press a button. If something unusual is detected, you’ll receive an immediate notification so the right people can step in straight away. It’s peace of mind for families, knowing help is always within reach.

It’s designed for proactive, preventative care, spotting changes in wellbeing before they become emergencies. The result: loved ones stay independent for longer, and families can step in with confidence, not worry.

Look over Health and Trends

Trends are important changes to normal patterns of activity that indicate changing wellness. Health monitoring comes from analysis of sleep patterns, trips away from home, social engagement, cooking, and living room usage.

Understand Events

Notifications come from events out of the ordinary, such as ‘Kitchen not used today’ or ‘Not in the lounge when expected to be’. Through the CODA App, you can see if an event is a one-off occurrence or an emerging trend.

Emergency Call Response

You will be notified instantly if the person you are remotely caring for calls for help, so you can respond quickly and assist emergency services if they are required.

  • CODA’S advantage lies in its simplicity and non-intrusive design. Unlike wearable devices that require installation, charging or active use, CODA’S sensors work silently in the background, gathering data without disturbing your loved one. There are no cameras or microphones, ensuring privacy, and the system is designed to detect subtle changes in daily patterns, allowing for early intervention before emergencies arise. CODA senses events worthy of notifications and listens for calls for help.

  • Yes! Setting up CODA is quick and simple. Just unbox and place the sensors in key areas of the home—such as the living room and bedroom. No tools or technical knowledge required. The sensors come with long-lasting batteries that last 6 to 10 years, meaning there’s no ongoing maintenance or need for frequent recharging.

Notifications are designed to keep you informed without overwhelming you, ensuring you can step in when needed while giving your loved one space.

  • CODA’S “call for help” feature allows households to set a specific pattern or noise—such as knocking or shouting—that will trigger an immediate alert to any or all caregivers and first responders. • CODA is pretty clever with its pattern recognition and if your loved one has visitors on a particular day each week, it will get to know this is ‘normal’. If there are two or more people in the house, the daily health score will go up.

  • You can pass it on to someone else or return it to us. We do not provide refunds for returned devices.

  • UltraCall CODA comes with a five-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and based on ‘fair use.’
